Sarah, Massage Therapist, Manager, CBD Consultant, Pet Massage Therapist

Hi ya, I'm Sarah, slave to the cats here at Exeter Wellness Center, Massive Mineral Dork, and CBD expert.

2014 is when I started my wellness journey by learning massage therapy. Knowledge is power and learning new techniques to pass along to my clients is something I take pride in. I am constantly taking classes on human anatomy, pathologies, nutrition, massage modalities, and anything else I can find to help people. I work with my clients on so much more than a physical level. Being trained in reiki and alternative healing, I can work on an energetic level as well.

Deep tissue massage is my specialty. I enjoy a challenge so relaxing massages are not my go-to. All of my massage sessions are on a “what's needed basis”. Meaning that if you need some reiki, massage, and reflexology, you get it. I believe in finding the best way to help people and that way might require a range of modalities. Fire cupping is something I recommend everyone try, I LOVE fire cupping people and often use it at home as well.

Although I basically live at the center and love working, I do find some free time. Animals are easily my favorite thing, right next to all my kiddos and ice cream. I have 3 dogs (Marco, Mekia, and Bubba) and 3 cats (Penelope, Mars, and Omen) that I love to death and enjoy taking out on hikes with the squad of kids and my honey. Nature is my happy place, no matter the weather. Baking and cooking are also passions. I often supply the center and my clients with home-cooked treats.

I specialize In:

Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Infant Massage, Animal Massage, Swedish Massage, Soft Tissue Release, Chair/Clothed Massage, Reflexology, Indian Scalp Massage, Fire Cupping,  Massage for Sinus/Headache Relief, Detox Footbaths, Reiki 1-3, Crystal Healing, and Chakra Balancing

Other Educational Courses/Studies:

Sam, Massage Therapist, Athletic Trainer

Hi, I’m Sam, I've been doing massage therapy for 8 years and absolutely love my work. I graduated from the East-West School of Massage Therapy, then continued my education at Alvernia University where I received a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training in 2019. I first discovered massage by accident. During my experience in the military, I was looking for something to help me recover from an intensive training regiment and happen to meet an amazing therapist named John. When I walked into the massage room John was sitting there in a chair wearing dark glasses with a red and white cane next to him. John was a blind therapist and gave an incredible massage. After that, wherever I traveled in the world I would make it a point to get a massage. I’ve had massages in New Zealand, American Samoa, Hawaii, and all over the United States. Having so many talented therapists work on me was a huge inspiration and led me to become a massage therapist in 2014.  Many of us carry unwanted tension that leaves our bodies feeling neglected and drained. Often I hear comments like “Oh I didn’t know that was so sore.” or “WOW that is a big knot!” What you will experience in a session with me is a consultation on your current physical concerns. You will receive guidance during the massage to increase awareness of why your body is carrying these concerns and work on reducing areas of recurring pain. You will gain restoration and balance and insight on continuing self-care. I will provide stretching, strengthening exercises, or tissue-release techniques, if necessary that you can do at home.
