Gentle Relaxation and Meditation class, where you get to sit surrounded by crystals. Learn how to properly pick your crystal/crystals and how to properly cleanse them. Complimentary tea and chocolates are offered prior to class. Class is handicap accessible and for any age (so long as the child is ready for an hour meditation)

Join us for an easy-going Deep Relaxation Class with our foster cats and kittens in our Cat Lounge. Play with all our loveable, adoptable cats and kittens while you are guided into a deep relaxation. Play time with the kitties is before and after class however, kitties will be joining the group for class so you might have a kitty to snuggle up with as you relax. Hot Tea, Chocolates and other refreshments offered before and after class. Special 10% off any crystal/mineral purchases in shop the day of class.

Anyone can join class, including children (as long as the child can sit for a guided relaxation and not disturb class). No prior experience needed.

 Hand-cap entrance through back door (our cat room is on the second floor).

Space is limited. Pre-registration is required to secure your spot(s). Bring your own Blanket/Yoga Mat.
